⏱️ 24-HOUR RENTAL TIMING & DELIVERY

24-hour Rental Cycle:

Rental period is calculated as a full 24-hour cycle from pickup. Example: pickup at 09:00 AM today and return before 09:00 AM tomorrow counts as 1 day.

Overtime Surcharge:

After 24 hours, overtime surcharge is 20,000₫/hour. Exceeding 5 hours automatically counts as an additional full day.

Delivery & Pickup Locations:

Pickup at store: 33/17 Dong Giang, An Hai, Da Nang (near Dragon Bridge). Or free delivery to hotels, Da Nang Airport, train station.

Battery Swap Policy:

1 free swap/day at VinFast stations everywhere & 100% free battery swaps at 2B shop (33/17 Dong Giang) during your rental.
